Capture Next ("Capture Next," "we," "us," or "our") provides website design, lead capture, automated follow-up, and customer retention services to local service businesses ("Clients"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you visit our website, sign up for our services, or interact with a website or communication system we've built on behalf of one of our Clients.

This policy applies to two groups of people:
Visitors to our website and prospective or current Clients of Capture Next.
End customers of our Clients — for example, someone who fills out a contact form, calls, or texts a business that uses a Capture Next-built website or follow-up system.
If you're an end customer of one of our Clients, that business's own privacy practices also apply, since they're who you're directly working with. Capture Next acts as a service provider helping that business manage its own customer communications.

Contact information you provide directly: name, email, phone number, business name, and details submitted through forms, including our own contact form or a Client's lead capture form.
Communication data: records of calls, texts, and emails exchanged through systems we build or manage, used to provide the follow-up and retention features of our service.

Payment information: if you purchase a service from us, payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card details ourselves.

We use the information above to:
Provide and operate the services Clients have signed up for, including building websites, capturing leads, and sending automated follow-up communications on a Client's behalf.

Improve our website and services.
Send Clients service-related updates and, with consent, marketing communications about Capture Next.
4. Text Messages and Automated Communications
Some of our services include sending automated text messages and emails to a Client's customers — for example, a missed-call text-back or an appointment reminder. Clients are responsible for obtaining proper consent from their own customers before enabling these features, and for honoring opt-out requests. Anyone who receives a text through a system we operate can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, and that request will be honored.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:
Service providers that help us operate, such as hosting, automation, payment, and texting/email platforms.
A Client, when the information relates to that Client's own customer — for example, a lead submitted through their website.
